Dr. Richard Leong
D.D.S.
Dr. Leong has been providing dental care to Rogue Valley Families for over 30 years. He graduated from Georgetown University in Washington D.C., returning to the Rogue Valley where he spent most of his childhood.
Rogue Dental first opened its doors in 1987 inside the Rogue Valley Mall, moving to the current location in 1998. Dr. Leong feels grateful that he has the opportunity to provide dental care to his community. He enjoys building relationships with his patients, many who have been with him since he first started his practice. Dr. Leong strives to make a positive impact in the lives of others, consistently displayed through his kind and compassionate demeanor.
In his free time, Dr. Leong enjoys playing tennis and traveling with his wife Dena. Their favorite destinations are Hawaii and NASCAR races.
Debbie
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Debbie has worked with Dr. Leong at Rogue Dental since 1991. Our patients feel so comfortable with Debbie, she’s almost like family! She has enjoyed growing with the practice and feels that the relationships she has formed with patients has been extremely rewarding. “Watching our young patients grow into adults and have their own children has been an amazing experience!”
In her free time, Debbie enjoys DIY projects and traveling with Scott, her “sweet husband.” They especially like taking trips on their Harley and visiting the Oregon Coast. Debbie also loves to garden—raising both vegetables and flowers. In the summer, she keeps the office adorned with beautiful sunflowers from her yard.
Nikki
Office Manager
Nikki joined Rogue Dental in 2016. With a nearly decade of entrepreneurship and 20 years in the dental field, she brings a lot of experience and knowledge to the practice.
Nikki feels extremely fortunate to be a part of the Rogue Dental Family. “I take great pride in working with a team of such compassionate and skilled professionals. I confidently recommend our office to my friends and family, knowing that they will be excellent hands.”
A Rogue Valley native, Nikki enjoys long weekend getaways, camping, and home projects with her husband Randy. She loves organic gardening, whole-food cooking, paddle boarding and her newest hobby, crocheting! After becoming an empty-nester, she adopted the role of “fur-mama” to her beloved Goldendoodle, Sprout.
Lisa
Administrative Assistant
Lisa brings so much joy and experience to Rogue Dental. She will be the one with the smiling face and the infectious laugh, greeting you from the front desk! Lisa’s dental background is in orthodontics with 15 years of combined experience in healthcare.
Lisa feels fortunate to have lived in many cities and states throughout the country, however, she considers Southern Oregon her permanent home. She loves living in a small town where she currently resides with her husband/high-school sweetheart, her beautiful daughter, and her two fur-babies. As a family, they enjoy camping, traveling and spending time with extended family and friends.

Dental Assistant
Throughout his childhood, Haven didn’t get to see a dentist. In his mid 20’s, he got to establish care at a dentist for the first time, and needed quite a bit of work. He was fortunate to have work done by some great dentists who were passionate about their work, and made going to the dentist exciting. He enjoyed listening to how they would talk about their procedures, and loved the environment of the office and how the staff would attend to patient comfort.
At age 46, Haven decided if he liked going to the dentist so much, perhaps he would like working for one. He shadowed at a local office where he knew the doctors, and knew then that dental assisting was something he would love. So he quit his job as a courier, and went to school.
In his free time, Haven loves doing all things Disney with the family, hiking, mushroom and berry foraging, cruises, cooking and baking, camping, and skiing, to name a few. In short, there isn’t much Haven doesn’t love to do. He enjoys living rurally in Ruch, Oregon, where he likes to plant veggies and flowers, and hang out with his wife and kids, dogs, cat, lizard, and rat.
